Face Data refers to the images you provide, which are essential for conducting our makeup and bare-face analysis services.
We retain Face Data to enable you to access your historical scan results, allowing you to track changes and compare past analyses.
Face Data is stored for one year to allow sufficient time to review and compare your scan results over an extended period. After one year, data is deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
OpenAI is the sole third party with access to your Face Data.
We collaborate with OpenAI to leverage their advanced analytics capabilities for accurate and personalized makeup and bare-face analysis.
OpenAI may securely retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to provide their services effectively and monitor for misuse. After this period, all inputs and outputs are removed from OpenAI's systems unless retention is required by law.
